D LINK CAT 6 SFTP Cable Specifications and Details
Elevate your network performance with the D-Link Cat 6 SFTP (Screened Foiled Twisted Pair) Cable, a high-quality solution designed to meet the demands of modern data transmission. D-Link’s Cat 6 SFTP Cable offers advanced features and benefits that contribute to reliable and efficient communication across your network infrastructure.
Key Features and Benefits:
- Category 6 Performance: D-Link Cat 6 SFTP Cable adheres to Category 6 standards, ensuring it meets the performance criteria required for high-speed data transmission. With a maximum data rate of up to 10 Gbps and frequency bandwidth of 250 MHz. Cat 6 cables provide the necessary capabilities for data-intensive applications.
- Screened Foiled Twisted Pair (SFTP) Construction: The cable features SFTP construction, where each pair of twisted copper wires is individually shielded with a metallic foil. Additionally, an overall outer shield provides extra protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and external signal interference.
- Enhanced Crosstalk Performance: The SFTP design minimizes crosstalk, the unwanted transfer of signals between adjacent pairs of wires. Ensuring superior signal integrity and reducing the risk of interference.
- Versatile Applications: D-Link Cat 6 SFTP Cable is suitable for a wide range of applications, including data centers, offices, residential networks, educational institutions, and more. Its versatility makes it an excellent choice for various networking environments.
- Power over Ethernet (PoE) Support: The cable is designed to support Power over Ethernet (PoE), enabling the simultaneous transmission of data and power over the same cable. This is particularly useful for devices such as IP cameras, access points, and other PoE-enabled equipment. Streamlining installation and reducing cable clutter.
