Signal Fire AI-30 Optical Fiber Fusion Splicer

Signal Fire AI-30 Optical Fiber Fusion Splicer

Signal fire Al-30 fusion splicer applies multiple of the latest patented technologies of Signal fire, and adopts a more advanced central processing unit, more advanced algorithms, and higher precision cameras Especially, the Al-30 fiber core is clearer and more visible, and the fusion loss and stability are better.

lt is fully capable of longer distance mainline fiber optic cable fusion splicing projects. The weight of bare ma-chine, tool case and complete set of accessories only 4.5kgs, size of tool case is 25.5cmx16.5cmx23cm . In such a compact and compact situation, the combination design of workbench and bench has been achieved simultaneously.

1 second startup, 6 seconds rapid fusion, 15 seconds heating, 5-inch color high-definition LCD screen, 320xmagnification, 7800mAh large capacity lithium battery can fuse and heat 240 cores, still performs well in harsh environments such as high altitude dry, and cold.

Built-in power meter and VFL

Signal fire AI-30 fiber fusion splicer is effectively measure connection loss, verify continuity, and help assess fiber link transmission quality. OPM can be switched between wavelength of 850nm,1300nm,1310nm,1490nm,1550nm,1625nm,980nm,1270nm, 1577nm, 1650nm. VFL can be switched between three states, power: 15mW, 2Hz flashing and steady on mode.

3 in 1 fiber holder

This fiber cleaver kit is suits for single-mode fiber (SMF/G 652), BIF/G.657); multi-mode, bare fiber, tail fiber, skin fiber, jumper, invisible fiber fusion. Splice Loss: 0.02dB (SM) ,0.01dB (MM), 0.04dB (DS/NZDS).

Built in 1 step fiber cleaver

The AI-30 machine integrates the one step fiber cleaver. Perfectly solves the problem of traditional mechanical one step cleaver back cutting scratching the fiber end face. The factory standard delay time is set to 0.5 seconds, and the adjustable range is 0.2 seconds to 2 seconds.

Clear LCD and long time standby

With 5-inch high-resolution screen, it is up to 320 times the focus magnifications when X/Y Axis displayed separately, 200 times focused magnifications when X and Y Axis displayed simultaneously.

Press to popup the battery

7800 mAh high-capacity lithium battery is charging ≤ 3.5 hours, continuous splicing and heating about 240 times. The battery can be easily removed with a light press.

Equipped w/signal fire stripper

The Signal fire AI-30 fiber fusion splicer comes with a Signal fire stripper which contains 9 functions of Miller Pliers, wire stripping pliers, scissors, rotate the scale and cleaning cotton etc.
